Recycled Material Makes Durable Luxury Flooring
We supply Vinyl or Wood flooring products using recycled raw material or sustainable wood species. Top layer or veneer, that is exposed to wear and tear, is made with virgin material. The middle and bottom layers, that are less exposed, are made partly with recycled material.
In our F.J. product line we use small pieces of solid wood which is a by product of other wood factories or lumber producers. F.J. manufacturing is a time consuming and lengthy process but at the end we have a very nice and durable flooring product.
Top coating is a multilayer, solvent free, UV cured PolyUrethane, that does not emmit any toxic gases during the processing but provides a wax free, durable, scratch resistant and almost maintanenca free surface.
For installation we offer a patented click & lock system that is applicable to many of our engineered product lines. It is a floating system and you just need to click & lock the planks into each other. It is simple, fast, inexpensive & no glue needed. Other advantage is that you can remove the hardwood flooring and re-install it in another space while your original floor stays clean and without any glue or chemical contamination.
